I understand that my pet(s) must be up to date with with a rabies vaccination, and that proof of vaccination will be required prior to any services.

I understand that payment is due at the time of services! Failure to pay for services can result in cancellation of services requested and that the following cancellation policy is as followed; for pet sitting (overnights) canceled inside of 7 days of the first visit will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the invoiced amount. If full payment has already been received, a credit of 25% of the amount paid will be applied to future services. Pet sitting (overnights) cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be billed at 100%. Client will incur a $25 charge for each returned check in addition to any and all bank fees attributed to the returned check. Failure to pay cancellation fee and or bank fee will terminate all client relations in the future.

Paws Inn Toga is a team of professional pet sitters and the person who does your meet and greet may not be the only person who helps take care of your pet(s)! We try our best to always send the same person, but scheduling conflict may arise and we may need to send someone else. Paws Inn Toga only hires the best and does intense screening, and background checks of candidates who work for us. Our app allows us, as well as you to track, and manage our employees, and allows them to have direct access to everything your pet(s) like/dislike and how to properly care for your pet(s). You have the choice to request or deny certain people if you choose. You will always be notified of which employee will be in your home. Client can request a second meet and greet if time allows but will be charged a drop-in visit. By Signing below you understand these guidelines.
I certify that I am the owner of pet listed above, and all information is filled out correctly to the best of my knowledge. This document gives Paws Inn Toga and its representatives authorization to enter the Client’s listed address as needed to perform agreed upon services. Client represents and warrants that pet(s) are currently vaccinated in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my pet(s) while in the care of Paws Inn Toga. Client accepts responsibility for all medical expenses and other damages resulting from an injury to the Pet Sitter, other persons or other animal(s) caused by the Client’s pet(s) or negligent act. While my pet(s) is/are in the care and custody of Paws Inn Toga, if I am unreachable in the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Paws Inn Toga, its agents, and/or representatives to seek immediate veterinary care for my pet. I understand that all costs in connection with, veterinary, medical or other treatment, shall be my responsibility. Paws Inn Toga is not liable for any loss or damage in the event of a burglary or other crime that should occur while under this contract. Client agrees to properly secure the home prior to leaving the premises. Paws Inn Toga will re-secure the home to the best of its ability at the end of each visit. I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless, Paws Inn Toga it's directors, officers, shareholders, employees, assistants, members and agents from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage which I or my pet(s) may sustain or which may be caused in any way by my pets(s). I specifically, without limitation, agree to fully indemnify Paws Inn Toga for any and all such liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, injury or damage unless negligence is proven. Paws Inn Toga is not responsible for any damages beyond the control of the Pet Sitter. Client is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment and supplies needed for the care of their pet(s) including, but not limited to, a sturdy, well-fit harness or collar and leash for walks or in case of emergencies, pet food, medications, identification tags, litter boxes, cat litter and cleaning supplies. Client authorizes any purchase of necessary for the satisfactory performance of duties. Costs of all purchases and related service fees will be reimbursed to Paws Inn Toga within 14 days. Client agrees to notify Paws Inn Toga of any concerns within 24 hours of completion of services. I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth herein and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms, conditions and statements of this agreement and confirm the truthfulness of the contents of the Application form completed by me. Although we carefully screen all applicants, occasionally we discover that this is not an appropriate service for every pet. Paws Inn Toga reserves the right to permanently cancel services at any time for any reason. The Term of this document apply to all pets owned by the client, including any and all new pets that the customer obtains on or after the date this document was signed.
