What vaccines do you require?

ALL PETS must be up-to-date on his/hers rabies vaccine and distemper/parvo, and be up to date on flea and tick.  Pets who are enrolled in HIKING HOUNDS must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/parvo, kennel cough, and have a negative fecal within the last 6 months and be up to date on flea and tick,

Will my pet be alone overnight?

Your pet will NEVER be left overnight for overnight stays

Do you take UN-neutered/spayed dogs?

All are welcome

How old does my dog need to be?

All ages welcome

What if it's raining, too cold, or too hot?

If inclement weather is presented on the day of your pets walk, Paws Inn Toga will still spend the same amount with your pet. We switch from outdoor fun, to indoor fun with owners permission.

Can I check on my pet?

Absolutely you can check on your pet any time! Pictures and updates are sent daily! Be sure to join our facebook page where you can see more fun filled days and pictures while your pet is in our care.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we offer 20% off for military, and a multi - pet discounts. Please inquire about multi-pet discounts when scheduling your meet and greet!

How do I get started?

Please locate the home page and fill out the meet and greet form and someone will be in touch as soon a possible

How do I pay?

Payment is due on the day of your service. We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Paypal, and Cashapp.

What is your cancellation policy?

Paws Inn Toga understands that things come up and sometimes we have to cancel plans. While Paws Inn Toga does it’s best to work with clients, there is a limit to how many visits can be schedule each day or within each time block. There are times clients will be turned away because of a fully booked schedule. When a client cancels at the last minute, it may be too late to fill their spot with another client, and other clients have already been turned down, and not charging for the cancellation means an 100% loss for the business. The following cancellation policy are in place.

My dog isn't good on a leash are dog walks still ok?

Pets up to 6 months of age who are not fully leash trained are allowed. Any pet who is not properly leash trained will be let outside and get one on one time (sit and play) in the yard or in the house for the full time as the normal walking rate.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes we do. For every person you refer and sign up, you'll receive 20% off your next service.

Pet sitting (overnights)

All Pet Sitting is confirmed in advance. Any pet sitting canceled inside of 14 days of the first visit will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the invoiced amount. If full payment has already been received, a credit of 25% of the amount paid will be applied to future services. Pet sitting cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be billed at 100%

Returning early

The full contract agreement amount will be charged if you begin services and return home early. Time is reserved and cannot be resold. Full price will be charged.

What areas do you service?

We are locally owned in Saratoga County and serve surrounding areas including Ballston Spa, Malta, Milton, Greenfeild, Glenville, Amsterdamn, Hagaman, Burnthills, and Ballston Lake

Do you take care of exotics?

Paws Inn Toga is comfortable taking care of and has experience taking care of all animals from snakes, bearded dragons, bunnies, chickens, you name it.

Should I tip my sitter?

While tipping your sitter is always greatly appreciated, it not required or expected.
